    Welcome to Hacking HR! This guide is designed to help you get set up quickly, understand how the platform works, and know where to go if you need help.

    Whether you're here for a certificate program, an event, or to explore the Hacking HR community, this article will walk you through the basics.

    To access Hacking HR programs, events, and resources, you'll need a Hacking HR account.

    • Visit hackinghrlab.io
    • Use the same email address you used to register for a program, event, or membership
    • If you already registered, you do not need to create a new account

    Click "Reset Password" on the login screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.

    Once logged in, you'll land on your Hacking HR Dashboard. This is your central hub for everything, including:

    • Live classes and events
    • Certificate programs
    • Session recordings and transcripts
    • Workbooks, slides, and resources
    • Your To-Do list and deadlines
    • Certificates, diplomas, and HR credits

    If something you expect to see isn't visible, first try refreshing your browser.

    The dashboard is organized to help you stay on track with minimal effort.

    Think of the dashboard as your single source of truth throughout your learning experience.

    You can access live sessions in multiple ways:

    • Automated emails (sent twice weekly)
    • Downloadable calendar invites
    • Your program workbook
    • The LIVE CLASS button in your dashboard (appears shortly before class)
    Important:

    If you join late, you may be placed in a Zoom waiting room. Facilitators admit participants only during the first few minutes of class, so joining on time is strongly recommended.

    Hacking HR uses email and dashboard announcements to keep you informed.

    You may receive emails about:

    • Upcoming live sessions
    • Program reminders
    • Assessment timelines
    • Certificates and credits
    • Important platform updates

    If you don't see an email:

    • Check your spam or promotions folder
    • Make sure your email preferences allow messages from Hacking HR

    Before contacting support, try:

    • Refreshing your browser
    • Logging out and back in
    • Checking that you're using a modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

    If issues persist, contact support with:

    • A clear description of the issue
    • A screenshot or short video (if possible)

    Common Questions

    Go to the Hacking HR Lab site and sign in using the same email you registered with. If you forgot your password, use the Reset Password option on the login page.

    Zoom links are sent in reminder emails and included in calendar invites and workbooks. A LIVE CLASS button also appears in your dashboard shortly before class.

    First refresh your browser. Then confirm you're logged into the correct email account. If it still doesn't appear, contact support with your name and program details.

    Check spam or promotions folders and ensure you're using the correct registration email. If needed, contact support to confirm your email is on file.
