Hacking HR offers different types of credentials depending on the program or event you participate in.
Certificate Program Diplomas
Certificate Program Diplomas are awarded after successfully completing a live or on-demand certificate program.
They recognize:
- Completion of program requirements
- Demonstrated learning and participation
- Successful assessment results
Diplomas are issued digitally and remain available in your dashboard.
Event and Summit Certificates
Event and Summit Certificates are certificates of attendance for:
- Webinars
- Summits
- Special events
These certificates may be eligible for SHRM and/or HRCI credits, depending on the event.
Credly Digital Badges
Some certificate programs include a Credly digital badge.
Credly badges:
- Are issued after program completion
- Can be shared on LinkedIn and professional profiles
- Serve as a verifiable digital credential
To earn a Certificate Program Diploma, you must:
- Complete at least 80% of required program activities
- Pass the mid-program assessment (80% or higher)
- Pass the final assessment (80% or higher)
- Meet all deadlines listed in your dashboard
Once these requirements are met:
- Your diploma becomes available in your dashboard
- You can download it at any time
Assessment Requirements
- Mid-program and final assessments are required
- Each assessment includes 30 multiple-choice questions
- Passing score: 80%
- Unlimited retakes are allowed until you pass
You do not need to submit your assessment results. Simply save a copy for your records and mark the assessment as Completed in the dashboard.
Important Deadline Policy
- All deadlines follow Pacific Time (PT)
Activities and assessments not completed by the deadline:
- Are marked as missing
- Cannot be reopened
Extensions are not granted except in rare, documented circumstances.
Many Hacking HR programs and events are approved for:
- SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs)
- HRCI Recertification Credits
Key things to know:
- Credits are issued only after full completion
- Partial credits are not available
- Credits are awarded as a whole, not per session
Credit details and codes are provided through your dashboard once eligibility is confirmed.
For Certificate Program Diplomas
- Log in to your Hacking HR dashboard
- Navigate to your program dashboard
- Locate the Certificates or Diploma section
- Download your diploma
For Event or Summit Certificates
- Log in to your dashboard
- Go to Event Videos
- Filter by the year of the event
- Locate the event
- Click the download icon
- Select the sessions you attended
- Confirm download
Your Certificate of Attendance will download automatically.
- Certificate Program Diplomas are available after program completion
- Event certificates are typically available shortly after the event
- HR credit codes are released once attendance and completion are verified
If you don't see a certificate:
- Confirm you completed all requirements
- Check filters (especially year filters for events)
- Allow time for processing after program completion
If you cancel your membership:
- You retain all certificates, diplomas, badges, and HR credits already earned
- You may lose access to active programs or learning materials
- Previously earned credentials remain permanently valid
Certificates are never revoked due to cancellation.
Accrediting bodies require full participation and completion for credit eligibility.
