Webinars

Summits
- Multi-session, multi-day virtual events
- Feature multiple speakers and panels
- Often eligible for SHRM/HRCI credits
- Recordings are usually available after the event

- Non-promotional and participation-based

Each event page includes:
- Event description
- Date and time (Pacific Time unless stated otherwise)
- Registration details
- Credit eligibility (if applicable)
To join a live event:
- Log in to your Hacking HR account
- Navigate to the event in your dashboard or event page
- Click the event access link at the scheduled time
You may also receive:
- Calendar invites
- Reminder emails with access links
Join a few minutes early to avoid delays or waiting room issues.
If you miss a live event:
- Many events are recorded and made available on demand
- Recordings are typically posted within a short period after the event
- Some interactive elements (live Q&A, discussions) are not recorded
If an event is not recorded, this will usually be stated on the event page in advance.
Event recordings, when available:
- Can be accessed through your dashboard or event library
- Are for personal, enrolled-user use only
- May include captions or transcripts when available
Not all events are recorded, and not all sessions within an event may be recorded.
To ensure a positive experience for everyone:
- Join sessions on time
- Participate respectfully in chat and Q&A
- Follow facilitator instructions
- Do not record or share event content externally
Hacking HR events are learning-focused and non-promotional.
Some events and summits offer:
- Certificates of attendance
- SHRM and/or HRCI recertification credits
Key points:
- Credits are only issued after completing all required sessions
- Partial credits are not available
- Certificates can be downloaded from your dashboard once available
