These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, platforms, programs, events, memberships, content, and services operated by HR Tech Conferences LLC, doing business as Hacking HR ("Hacking HR," "we," "us," or "our"), including https://www.hackinghrlab.io and related digital properties (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Services, creating an account, purchasing a membership, registering for an event, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Accounts and Security

You agree to:

- Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
- Be responsible for activity under your account
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized access

4. Memberships, Purchases, and Billing

By purchasing paid Services, you agree:

- That charges may recur for subscriptions until canceled

- That pricing may change with prior notice where required
Recurring memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hacking HR from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:

- You violate these Terms
- Required by law
- Payment obligations are not met
- Your conduct creates risk or harm to users or our business
Termination does not waive accrued payment obligations.

When material changes occur, we may post notice through the website, email, or account notifications. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Any dispute shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless otherwise required by law.
19. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that right.
These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Hacking HR regarding the Services unless superseded by a separate written agreement.
